To hold your room through the standard system, we do request the 16 digits and expiration date of a card. If you prefer to book without a credit card, our team can send a secure payment link or bank transfer details so you can guarantee your stay.
If you book by phone with our team, you can receive the confirmation email during the same call. If a special request is needed, it will arrive a few moments later.
You may cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations after that window incur a penalty equal to one night’s stay.
