To make the most of your stay in southern Mexico City, we offer flexible options subject to availability:
Early check-in: available from 9:00 AM for MXN $1,000 plus tax.
Late check-out: keep your room until 6:00 PM for MXN $1,000 plus tax.
Both services must be requested at the front desk on the day of check-in.

Hydration and snack station: on the 5th floor, daily from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Gourmet canapés: in the afternoon at Restaurante Plaza, daily from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Complimentary drinks: 2 drinks per day (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) per registered guest, daily from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM at Restaurante Plaza or the Roof Garden.
Yes. Our outdoor pool is heated to a constant 28°C and is 1.35 meters deep. The pool and gym are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Heated jacuzzis run between 34°C and 36°C and stay open until 11:00 PM.
No. To keep a quiet, comfortable atmosphere for all guests, pool parties and noisy private events are not allowed in the pool area.
If your rate does not include meals, the buffet breakfast at Restaurante Plaza is MXN $410.00 per adult, plus service. Children ages 6 to 12 pay MXN $200.00, plus service.
Yes. Sunday brunch is MXN $940.00 per adult, plus service. Children ages 6 to 12 pay MXN $325.00, plus service.
Yes. We arrange transfers at fixed executive rates for 1 to 3 people:
Hotel to airport: MXN $450.00.
Airport to hotel: MXN $1,300.00.
You can pay by credit or debit card, or charge it to your room. A room charge adds a 12% bank commission.
Yes. Secure parking is available 24 hours. Registered guests pay a preferred rate of MXN $120.00 per night per car. Visitors pay MXN $30.00 for the first two hours.
The hotel is not pet friendly for regular leisure stays. Companion and service animals (guide dogs or emotional-support animals) are allowed if you present a current medical or official certificate at check-in.
